Silence enveloped the room, with not a soul uttering a word.

They called without any indication of their identity, which felt quite invasive. They were asking probing questions about the number of staff we have, and honestly, it was rather off-putting. Not impressed at all!

I didn’t catch the call, but when I tried returning it, I was met with a message about a connection error. Quite puzzling!

Absolutely dreadful call; the line was so poor I could hardly make out a word. The moment we proposed that they give us another ring, they hung up and haven't bothered to call back since. Tried dialing 1471, but it was unreachable. We've registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so there's no reason why we should be receiving these nuisance calls in the first place.
