Yeah, this is a real Debt Collection firm - I’ve been paying them off for a few years now. The reason you might not recognise them is probably because the company you borrowed from swapped their Collection Agency, and thats usually when the new one contacts you by letter. Hope this clears things up!

He was quite pushy, saying that since I hadn’t got the letter, I should schedule another call with him. I told him I was hanging up because he wouldn’t explain what it was regarding. He tried to stop me and wanted to set up another call, but I ended the call and blocked the number.
