i got a call from this firm in reigate named hub financial solutions. they deal with businesses like saga and various other finance groups. they seem to be a proper company. if you ask them something, they usually ring back to discuss it which seems reasonable to me.

I spotted a Saga ad about home equity release and decided to fill it out online. They asked for my phone number, which is how they got hold of me. Proper annoying, I didn’t pick up. Was just interested in the idea, but no plans to go through with it.
