Got a call from a strange woman saying there were "two payments made today" on my account. I’d been out buying stuff earlier and only used cash, so that made no sense to me. The number showed as being from Redhill, but I’ve no connection to anyone or any company there who would call me. Seems a bit dodgy.

Every time we try to get through, it feels as if we’re trying to send a fax! The moment we attempt to call back, we discover it’s a fax line. This number keeps ringing us repeatedly, at least twice every quarter of an hour!
