So this bloke called up all calm and said my BT account would be cut off if I didn’t press button 1 or 2. Thing is, I’d already sorted my bill by direct debit just the day before. BT never actually gets in touch with the account holder about bills. Don’t trust any of their instructions, it’s a total scam.
