Received a rather dodgy call claiming to be from General Insurance Limited, stating they were following up on a road traffic accident I apparently had a role in. I informed the woman on the line that she had it all wrong and I wasn't interested. To her credit, she was quite polite and didn’t pressure me at all.

It seems I've just received a call from the Motor Insurers Bureau concerning that recent road traffic incident I've been part of. Apparently, they have the right information. However, since the accident involved a company vehicle, it's actually them who's handling the situation, not me. When I inquired about how they obtained my number, they mysteriously cut the line! Typical of those pesky spam callers, isn't it?
