On the 16th of December 2017 at approximately 09:45, I received a phone call from a chap claiming to be called Melvin, who identified himself as being from BT. He mentioned there was an issue with my internet connection, but oddly enough, I do not even have an internet service provided by them! When I informed him of this, he abruptly hung up on me. I’m also on the Telephone Preference Service list, so he really shouldn’t have been trying to reach me in the first place.
