Clearly a dodgy call. It was a recorded message pretending to be from the BT Tech Department, threatening to terminate my broadband unless I pressed “1” or “2”. Most likely it’s a ploy to get me to dial a premium rate number, racking up sky-high fees. Best advice? Don't press anything-just end the call!
