someone rang saying they were with bt and wanted to help me stop hackers on my internet. they asked me to do something on my pc. i told them if they were really from bt they could get in touch some other way, but i couldn't check the number they called from. after that the caller got pushy, saying i should just trust them for a few minutes. so i ended the call.
