Oddly enough, a day prior, I had a similar call from the same number, claiming I was eligible for a generous 65% refund on an overpaid insurance premium from 2017. When I inquired with a gentleman whose accent strongly hinted at South Asia about what steps I needed to take to secure this refund, he abruptly hung up on me.
