I had an unexpected call from a chap claiming to be the manager of a salesman who had rung me without warning. He was incredibly rude and seemed quite arrogant, showing no empathy whatsoever, particularly when I mentioned my brother's passing. His response was shocking - he simply said, “I couldn’t care less.” It seems they’re at it again this week, pushing some dodgy accident claims scheme.
