I kept trying to say hello but no one replied, then suddenly they just hung up on me!!

He claimed he'd be issuing me a refund of more than £200 on my phone bill. When I questioned the validity of his statement, he abruptly cut the call.

Some bloke with a foreign accent said he was from BT and told me I was owed a refund. When I told him I'd already had a call earlier about it, he just hung up on me. Strange thing is, I did get a call that morning but it was from another number. I’m pretty sure this is a scam though since I’m not even a BT customer!
