I got a call from someone claiming to be from Sky's refund team, telling me I’d overpaid £200 on my Sky Talk bill. They seemed to know my info but asked me to verify my birth date. When I said I’d rather ring Sky myself, they insisted they couldn’t process the refund without it. I told them I’d contact Sky directly, then the caller just hung up on me. After ringing Sky, they told me nobody had checked my account before my call. Definitely a scam.
