I've been plagued by calls from an unidentified number-absolutely frustrating!

I was trying to have a word with my husband when the caller informed me it wasn't feasible. He then began to ramble on about our loft insulation. At that point, I simply ended the call. We’ve been ex-directory for ages and it’s quite rare for us to get nuisance calls, so I'm baffled as to how he managed to get hold of our information.
