Got the typical call from someone pretending to be my bank’s security, saying there were suspicious charges on my card for Amazon and some overseas firm. They told me to press 1 to verify or 2 to talk to an agent. I hung up straight away, then dialled 1471 to see who called me. Took a moment, but well worth the wait. These calls really disrupt the calmness of my day, such a nuisance.
