Somebody rang me claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. They even mentioned my name and who I have my phone with, trying to sound like they were legit and professional.

So this number has been calling me loads today but didn’t leave any message. Like I always do, I looked it up here and just blocked it straight away. I joined that Create and Craft membership (Ideal World) last night, and now I’m getting these annoying calls already, just like others said. Really annoying!

I didnt pick up, but after seeing all these comments I’m proper annoyed. I bought something from create & craft ages ago and still ain’t got it. Then I got an email from Hermes saying they got my order from ideal shopping, which makes me think create & craft gave them my info. Definitely planning to complain to them about this mess.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Create & Craft about a recent order, saying I could get vouchers and discounts at loads of major supermarkets. They asked for my email, but when I said no, they said they'd call me again the next day. Seemed totally fishy to me, especially with all the scams going around lately. Ideal World really should review their security, especially if they’re not behind this dodgy stuff. Anyway, I blocked the number.

Got a call from this number a moment ago, the person claimed to be from Create and Craft, offering me a chance to try out some puzzle books. They said if I took part, I could be in with a chance to win loads of prizes, including holidays. I told them I’m not really into puzzles, and they just said I could pass them on to my mates or family. Honestly, it didn’t feel legit at all, and the whole thing came across as a bit dodgy. Someone called saying they were from Create and Craft, offering me discounts and stuff. They even seemed to know how long I'd been a customer and when my last order was. I emailed Create and Craft's customer support to check if it was legit, and then got a call back from a bloke using the customer service number. He kept saying he was legit, but I’m still unsure about the whole thing. Now I’m stuck not knowing if this guy actually has access to my emails or anything, and I don’t really know how to get hold of Create and Craft safely.

Someone rang me saying they were from Create and Craft, giving discounts for Tesco and so on. Weirdly, they even knew when I last bought something from C&C and how long I’ve been a customer there. I emailed C&C customer support to check, and then the same guy called me back - he even used the customer service number from C&C. Still, I’m not convinced it’s legit. The bloke seems to have access to my email and C&C’s customer info, which worries me. I haven’t got any clear answers about whether it’s an official cold call from C&C or not. How am I meant to properly contact them to check this out?
