Utterly infuriating! This caller disturbed me right when the elections were on the horizon. I couldn't disconnect the line fast enough. What a bother!

Had a rather dodgy call from a robotic voice inquiring about loft insulation. Oddly enough, every house in my neighbourhood has already had their lofts sorted out. What struck me as particularly fishy was that he had just rung a hotel! When I pointed that out, he abruptly said, “Thanks, that’s sufficient for now,” and promptly hung up. Total scam artist!

I received a call from someone claiming to work for a utility company, although I didn't quite catch which one. They inquired about who supplies my electricity at the moment. I made it clear that I wasn’t interested and asked them to take my name and number off their list. It seemed they completely ignored my request, so I decided to hang up.
