SCAM; they say that they will put me on a lower monthly charge, claiming that they are from BT. Do not give bank details to them, and the weird thing is that they call me by my name... wondering where they got my name from?!

What a dodgy encounter I just had! Someone rang up claiming to be from Now TV, saying my subscription price had hiked unexpectedly. They wanted me to confirm payment over the phone right away. The moment I declined, they abruptly hung up on me. Clearly a scam!
