Got a call from this number at 7:55 in the morning today. They've rung me about half a dozen times over the past few days. Total scam. This morning, at about 9.30 and then again at 8.03, I got calls with nothing said and then they just ended the call.

They have called me 4 times within the last 5 hours but never managed to get past the Call Guardian app on my mobile. About the complaints about TPS not working, these calls actually come from overseas using fake UK numbers, so TPS and other regulators can’t really do much about it. It would be great if all phone companies offered a blocking feature when people report dodgy numbers. In the meantime, I’d definitely suggest phones with Call Guardian built in - you don’t need to be with BT to use that kind of protection.

Received a call at precisely 7:49 am on a Saturday, of all times! They were prattling on about marketing, and I had to remind them that their timing was rather ridiculous. I told them outright that they were the reason I might need to block their number. They just wouldn't take a hint! The number in question? 01773890504. Unbelievable!

Got a call just after 8 in the morning, which is pretty early even for scams. After that, I've only had silent calls and blocked numbers. New Year, yet the scammers and annoying calls are still here. Hopefully, karma will catch up with them - or perhaps the phone networks and government will finally step up and crack down on these heartless liars and fraudsters.

Had pretty much the same thing happen to me, got called four times in just an hour and a half. Two were from this number, one was a withheld call, and the last one supposedly an international number. Used t#### and it worked like a charm.
