I've been getting constant calls from different numbers all day long, and I think it's the same home improvement company every time. They keep saying I've been picked for some kind of discounted double glazing deal. It's really annoying, and no matter how many times I ask them to stop, they just keep ringing. Proper harassment, honestly.

Got a call from 01733808807 today, saying we reached out a couple of years back about windows. They mentioned they're opening a new hardware shop in Hoylake and offered a £500 discount. Honestly, seemed a bit dodgy, especially since the person on the phone had an Asian accent and we never actually contacted anyone regarding windows.

So this guy called asking for my ex, said he was just a mate at first then suddenly said he was a joiner. When I pressed him he claimed he lived nearby and was opening a shop and wanted to give my ex a heads up. But when I asked where exactly he kept saying “round the corner” over and over. Eventually he said Hairhills - which is in Leeds, not even close to us. Then out of nowhere he said he was in India! Not sure I quite bought that one.

I got a door measured by Safestyle UK last year, but they never finished the job. Now, after all this time, they keep ringing me up non stop. It’s proper annoying, so I’ve ended up lodging a complaint with their main office to get it sorted.

Not too sure, but the number popped up on the caller ID when the call came through. No idea who it was though.

I guessed it might be a cold call, but the person just said “hello” and then ended the call so quickly. I ended up phoning them back and managed to find out the company behind it. After that, I made sure to report the number to both TPS and Ofcom.

Got a call out of the blue about loft insulation. Told them straight away I’m on the Telephone Preference Service, but they just brushed it off and said they do their own checks - total nonsense if you ask me!
