I’d ordered something and the delivery was meant to arrive 3 hours earlier, but the delivery guys came back and said the fridge freezer was too big to deliver and took it away (which just isn’t true). The person calling seemed to know I had a delivery arriving today and even mentioned what I had bought. They asked about the service and if the delivery person was wearing a mask. Also checked if I was happy with everything. Really sounded like they were from the company I got the stuff from.
