Dont ever talk to these lot! They claimed to be from Virgin Media and told me to install some software from the internet. When I said no, they started getting rude. I called Virgin Media myself and they said they never tried to contact me.

Had a call from someone who claimed to be with BT, but honestly, I couldn’t catch what he was saying. Then he suddenly said he was from BMW and started swearing at me, telling me to f. off. Proper rude!
