After a really long silence, some woman called Lily Arnold from a so-called "consultancy" finally said who she was, which was weird since I don’t live anywhere near Peterborough (actually, I’m in a different country). It was obvious she wasn’t expecting anyone to pick up. I didn’t hang about on the call.

There was no intro or anything, just asked if I was Mrs something, I said nope. Then they wanted my address, again I said no. After that, they just ended the call. If this was legit, surely they’d say their company and who they are, but you know, scammers sometimes do that too.

Called by 01733618107 but hung up as soon as my answerphone picked up. No idea who it was, but probably a scammer since they didn't leave any message - guess they don't want anything recorded. Seems dodgy to me.

Got a call on our TPS-registered landline on 04/01/19 at about 10:53. The number was unfamiliar, so we ignored it thinking it was one of those dodgy scammers - and seeing the reviews here just backs that up! How are they even able to ring us when we’re on the TPS? Isn’t the TPS meant to stop these annoying calls? Feels like they don’t protect our privacy at all!

Someone phoned saying they were a surveyor from some firm in Peterborough, claiming they’d fitted insulation and needed to come and inspect it. Totally made up story if you ask me. The real deal is that Intelligent Home Energy want to slap on spray foam in the loft, which they say costs triple what fibreglass would! If this lot actually run a legit business, they really ought to think about changing their marketing team - spreading nonsense like that is just ridiculous.

Got a call from this number around 2.07 pm today. There was a lot of noise in the background. The person on the line sounded quite young and was actually polite, even used my real name. But when I told them I couldn't hear properly due to the noise, they just ended the call.

Got a call again today, caller started with a wrong name then switched to mine, seemed like they had a list or something. They said they were calling about services in "Oxford, no wait, Thames area". Got a call from a young woman who kept saying my name wrong and asking if I was Mr ########. I asked her who she was, but she just said "is this you?" When I tried asking again, she got quite rude.
