I'm pretty sure this was a scam call. The person never followed up with a text or anything, and I’ve no clue who they were. It felt really dodgy and strange, especially since the number was totally unfamiliar to me. Honestly, it seems like some sort of scam or fraud to me. I reckon it might be one of those bots that tries to record your voice. I just blocked the number since I didn’t trust that random caller at all.

They just called over and over but didn't bother to leave any voicemail.

I was billed £15.30 for a phone call that supposedly lasted 168 minutes, but I never made that call. Plus, all my local calls should be free anyway.
