Beware, this is a total scam. A woman called claiming to be from BT, but I rang them and they said it’s a fake. When I questioned her, she got really nasty and started swearing. She kept going on about someone trying to hack my internet and said they had to shut it off. She’ll try to get you to mess with your computer but just don’t fall for it.
