They kept asking for way too much info, so I just ended the call. Afterwards, I rang NEST myself and they told me one of their advisors had indeed given me a ring.

I got suspicious after a random call asking for my name, address, and IP address, so I decided to ring Nest straight away using the official number. Went through their process and they assured me the call was legit, coming from their support. My advice? Always just hang up and call the company yourself to make sure it’s real before giving out any info.

I didn't pick up but they left a message claiming to be from Nest Pensions, same as others have mentioned. The bloke sounded Indian. Seems like a scam to me, so I usually ignore calls like this that come outta nowhere.

I recently hit retirement age and decided to cash out all my savings. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been sent a bunch of emails and forms to fill in. Then, about 4 days ago on a Friday, I got a call while driving, which ended pretty quickly, with them asking me to call back on an 0300 number. I tried ringing back after about 40 minutes, but was told the system was down and to call again later - felt kinda strange to me? Just today, the same number called me again. After reading some of these comments, I’m unsure if this is legit or some kind of scam?

NEST will always get in touch through secure messages, and they’ll email you to log into your account to check it. You're supposed to call them back only if you need to. I've had a few calls from numbers claiming to be NEST, so I've blocked them all - feels like a scam to me. One even left a voicemail about a withdrawal I supposedly made, but I never asked for one. Just be cautious when dealing with these callers, I don’t trust any of it.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from **** about my pension. The man sounded Indian, and I wasn’t sure if it was a scam or legit. It made me quite anxious to give out any personal info to him.

Had some issues with my Nest account and after exchanging a few emails, they gave me a call to sort it quicker. The lady on the phone sounded Indian and it definitely seemed like a call centre, but the security checks were straightforward and my problem got fixed. I reckon Nest must be outsourcing their support team or something.

Got a voicemail that made no sense at all. All I caught was the person’s name and something about a “refund.” Feels fishy, like a scam to me.

Got a call from Nest, no one said who they were first. They just started asking me security questions like name, date of birth, and address without any intro. After I gave them my name and dob, I just hung up.

The number is totally legit, not like that other NEST one that ends up with the operator. You can easily check by looking up NEST Pensions’ contact details and calling them to make sure that this is a genuine number. It’s safe to use for sure.

I'm pretty sure this was a scam call from someone posing as NEST pensions. I've never signed up for a NEST pension, yet somehow they tried to start a dodgy direct debit on my bank. Watch out for that. I rang the real NEST to report it, and they said they don't recognize that phone number at all.

I received calls from 01733462700 both yesterday and today. The callers claimed to be from Nest Bereavement Pensions in Peterborough, but I've never come across this organisation before. To be honest, I don’t know a soul from Peterborough either! It all feels a bit odd, doesn’t it?
