Total Assist I got a call saying it was a follow-up about an accident I had, asking how the repairs were and if the courtesy car was alright. Then they said the other driver's insurance company was offering me compensation. That’s when I figured it was a scam because the other driver didn’t have insurance at all, and he’s vanished since the crash. Definite dodgy call, I’m flagging it as suspicious.
