I picked up the phone and this woman said something about setting up a “free energy check” for my house from the government. She kept probing about what kind of place I lived in and wanted my address for the appointment. I tried to find out where exactly she was calling from, but she dodged the question and instead asked about the size and location of my house. When I insisted on knowing who she was and the company she represented, she just ended the call.

Numerous phone calls persist, despite my clear request to cease all communication.

I made it clear to these folks that I had no intention of borrowing any funds and that my financial situation was quite solid. However, they carried on being quite bothersome. They kept ringing me up about PPI claims, which was infuriating.

This number has rung me a few times but nobody picks up. When I tried ringing back, it just says the call can't go through. Feels like some sort of scam or just plain annoyance.

I wasn’t expecting any calls so i didn’t pick up, decided to google the number instead. Seems like quite a few folks are saying this is from people trying to convince others to switch their gas or electric provider.

 called about ppi. Told them I’d never taken a loan and was quite well off, but they just ended the call on me. What a waste of time!

For the last two months, they’ve been calling over and over, but the phone only rings twice and then goes dead! When I finally answer, they just hang up straight away. I’m definitely reporting this to OFCOM tomorrow.
