this lady said her name but mumbled it so i couldn’t quite hear, said she was calling from tech support or something like that, then dropped the call straight away. there was a lot of background buzz, sort of like one of them foreign call centres. bit fishy really since i’m not even expecting any help or tech issues.

I received a call from a female voice who mentioned her name, though I unfortunately missed it. The background was quite chaotic, hinting it was from some overseas call centre. She claimed to be part of "the technical team," but abruptly the line cut off. We're not anticipating any sort of technical assistance, which makes this feel rather dubious, to say the least.
