someone said they were calling from virgin media. i quickly told them to stop and never call again cos i’m not interested in cold calls. weird how they got through cos i always have my ‘do not disturb - driving’ on.

Total rip-off. If you hit any buttons for help, they’ll end up billing you. Avoid it!

Got a call from this automated thing where it told me to press 1 or 2 - I read somewhere if you do, they end up adding a few quid onto your phone bill. I just hung up straight away. Hopefully, just picking up doesn’t cost anything, but if you press a number, that’s when they nick money off you. They also say they’ll connect you to an agent, but that’s just not true.

I never had anything to do with that accident. I’ve blocked the number and reported it. Total scam, don’t trust it!
