someone said they were calling from virgin media. i quickly told them to stop and never call again cos i’m not interested in cold calls. weird how they got through cos i always have my ‘do not disturb - driving’ on.

It appears this is an automated system - they prompt you to select 1 or 2, and if you do, expect an extra charge on your bill. Best to just hang up rather than engage! I'm worried we might end up incurring fees just for picking up the phone, but pressing any button seems to be the real trap. You won’t be connected to a proper person, that’s just a ruse!
