I got a call that sounded like it was from BT saying my phone and broadband would be cut off soon. They told me to press 1 to speak to their tech team or press 2 to go ahead with the disconnection. It was so ridiculous and terrible, but what worries me is that people who don’t know better might actually fall for it. According to my caller ID, the call was probably coming from abroad. That’s why I gave it such a low rating.
