Pretty sure it’s T C, cos I’ve been checking their flights site and it’s a right mess. It’s a shame they’ve stopped answering calls but still have cash to drop prices on flights. Then they go and shift the times you booked to rubbish slots, so annoying!

Its Thomas Cook calling about holidays you searched for, so I dont get why people complain. When you look at cars or property, the firms ring you too. If you dont want calls, just dont give your number out, its basic. Also, the option they mention is for emails, not phone calls, so check that properly before moaning!!!

It was a ring from Thomas Cook: I foolishly put my number down on a website form just to get a price quote, like most of us do. Even though I ticked the box saying "we won’t get in touch," they obviously didn’t bother checking that before calling me!
