Got a letter from Lloyd's about an address change, but it wasn't in my name and I don't have any accounts with them. Smells a bit fishy, maybe some sort of scam.

Got a letter that looked like it came from Lloyds, showing the number 01733 214733, asking me to update my address, phone or email. Thing is, I don’t even have any Lloyds accounts!

Total scam. This caller tried acting like they were from Lloyds. It bugs me how these dodgy numbers can keep going on for ages without anyone shutting them down. Surely BT must be aware of who uses their lines and should be able to block these kinds of scams?

Definitely a scam, be careful.

Got a letter claiming to be from Lloyds about an address update. I reckon it’s a scam because the number for customer help is based in Peterborough, not Newport Gwent where I am. Felt a bit dodgy to me!

Got a letter from Lloyds saying my address had been updated, but the number was busy when I called back. Seems dodgy, might be a scam.

This number claims to be Lloyds Bank's customer service, but I’ve been trying to get through for five straight days, both day and night, and it’s always busy. It showed up on a letter from the bank thanking me for updating my address, but I never actually did that.
