I received a call regarding a car accident, but the caller wouldn't disclose which company she was working for. I was then transferred to another representative whose English didn't seem native, and she didn’t appear to be from a European background. When I raised concerns about data protection, she abruptly ended the call.

When I questioned how they’d got my info and brought up data protection, they handed me over to someone else who sounded like English wasn’t her first language.
