There was a brief silence of maybe 5 seconds before a young woman with a British accent got on the line, saying she was from Arden Advice Solutions. She claimed they’d been told I’d been in a car crash and asked if that was true. She didn’t even bother to find out who I was first. Since I haven’t been in any accident, I just hung up straight away.
