I got called out of the blue, total annoyance. Didn’t ask for it at all.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Virgin, wanted me to download this app "any desk". I told them straight away I knew that would give them control over my phone and suspected it was a scam. I ended up ringing Virgin Media myself and they confirmed they never tried to contact me. Total scam attempt!
