Got a call earlier from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media. He said he needed me to switch on my computer and follow his directions to fix something. When I asked what team he was from, he dodged the question. I told him I actually work at Virgin Media myself, but in the fraud team. He went quiet and then said "Foxtrot Oscar!" before hanging up. I get loads of these calls daily, it’s a horrible scam targeting folks who might not be so savvy.
