Some bloke said he was from Talk Talk but working for BT or something. I just played along, messing about and making it take forever, then told him I actually enjoyed wasting his time. He got pretty angry, but honestly, it cheered me up a bit!

Got a voicemail claiming to be from BT warning me they were about to disconnect my internet. It asked me to press certain keys to avoid this happening. Really dodgy, sounded like a scam.

Received a couple of calls from an automated system purporting to be from BT, insisting that my internet security had been breached and urging me to press 1 immediately. I decided to terminate the call each time.
