I saw it was a local number so I answered, only to hear a recorded message claiming to be from Ofcom warning that my internet would be cut off in 20 minutes unless I pressed 1 to connect with BT or 2 for other providers. I didn't press anything since it was obviously dodgy. It’s worrying they’re using local area codes to try to trick people. I’m definitely going to report it to the authorities.
