Got a ring from someone claiming to be from 'the Green Energy Company'. The bloke had this really dodgy American accent and kicked off by asking me to confirm my name. Then he launched into this long chat about heat pumps, kept calling me 'Ma'am' like he was trying too hard. The minute I said I wasn't keen, he just hung up.
