I encountered an exceptionally discourteous individual when I expressed my disinterest in a mortgage offer.

I received a rather unpleasant phone call from someone who became quite impolite upon learning that I didn't have a mortgage. She claimed she had reached out to me previously regarding a mortgage review, which is utterly false, as I have no recollection of this J Marner company at all. I suggest being cautious if you get a call from them; I ultimately had to hang up on her. When I attempted to call back, I was met with an automated response system. Quite frustrating, really!
