I got a call from someone pretending to be Amazon, telling me I was owed a refund or something like that. I couldn't really catch the full message 'cause I wasn't wearing my hearing aid. Still, the bloke's voice sounded really familiar - I've definitely heard him on other scam calls before.

I received a rather suspicious call purporting to be from Amazon. The robotic voice announced, "An iPad has been ordered using your account. If you didn't authorise this transaction, please press 1 to speak with an account manager." I’m unsure what pressing 1 might lead to, but I can’t shake the feeling that it’s a dodgy situation!
