i just stayed quiet on the phone and the person just dropped the call after a bit of silence. Weird silent ring or something.

A rather relentless chap, purporting to be from Sky, kept pestering me on the phone. It was quite clear he was up to no good, trying to pull off a broadband scam. His manner was quite off-putting and he came across as unnecessarily pushy. I must admit, I enjoyed having a bit of sport with him for about twenty minutes!
