I had a run-in with a company called Blue Badge Mobility. I asked them for a quote, but two things stood out to me. First, they failed to leave any voicemail, so I had to resort to a Google search to figure out who was trying to reach me. Secondly, I specifically requested a reply via email due to my hearing and mobility difficulties, yet they didn’t include my phone number when they contacted me. Just to add, I'm listed as ex-directory!
