I've gotten loads of calls from this number but they always hang up without saying a word or leaving any message.

I got a call from this number, 01730235366, and a woman with an Indian accent answered first. Soon after, she handed me over to a guy, also Indian. He kept telling me about some programme I needed to access but said there were internet issues and wanted me to type stuff into my computer. I just stalled and kept the chat going without following his instructions. When I asked him to email me the contact info to my BT account (which he should have if he was really from BT), he claimed he couldn’t send emails. Definitely seemed dodgy to me - totally a scam!

Got a call from some bloke claiming he was from BT, saying there was an issue with my internet. I told him I don’t even have internet, and he just hung up on me. Typical spam call from India, I think.

I haven’t shared my number with anyone, so if they call, just tell them I’m not available when you pick up.

Received a call on the 12th of October, 3rd December 2018, claiming there was an issue with my internet. When I pushed back, they quickly hung up.
