I've received tons of calls from them using all sorts of numbers, but it’s always clear to me it’s a scam. They keep saying there’s a problem with my Amazon account, though I don’t even have one with them. Don’t bother pressing any numbers they ask for. A few times I tried responding to those that claimed they’d fix my scams or talk about my computer. They’ve swore at me a couple of times and just suddenly cut the call.

Received a dodgy call about my Amazon Prime membership - I ended the call quickly. Just yesterday, a similar message was left from the number 01248 598196.
