Dodgy caller for sure. They were acting like they were from BT, saying there was an issue with my hub. I actually stopped using BT a year back because they never sorted out the problem and their support was terrible. Switched to satellite broadband and phone now, so it was clear right away this was a scam. Had a word with the woman, who was using what sounded like pidgeon English, and told her exactly what I thought. If you get calls like this, don’t be scared to speak up and call them out too.
