Got a call about some investment stuff in the financial markets, sounded dodgy to me. Reminded me of those annoying 0208 calls back in winter 2021, where they tried selling some magazine about penny stock "opportunities". Pretty sure it’s just another one of those classic boiler room scams trying to reel you in.

I received a call from a chap with a somewhat American twang who surprisingly addressed me by my nickname right away, which felt rather intrusive. He seemed to be under the impression that I was keen on financial marketing, which couldn’t be further from the truth. He asked if I had any enquiries, but I wasn’t having any of it. I promptly ended the conversation and made sure to block the number.
