It was hard to get what he was saying due to his strong foreign accent. He started by asking me how I was and if my day was going well. I kept telling him I couldn't catch what he was saying properly. After that, I tried finding out who he was. I just caught bits like BT and something about an OVERPAYMENT. When I told him again that I couldn’t understand, he just hung up on me.

Received a pre-recorded message claiming I was misusing my internet connection and urging me to select either option one or two, or risk being cut off. Total scam!
