My dad keeps getting calls from these folks who act like they know all about his health stuff. He’s too polite to hang up and they always come across as super friendly, so he ends up chatting. He hasn’t bought anything, thankfully, but they just keep ringing. It’s really unsettling.

They called asking to speak with my mum, but couldn't even say where they were from. Pretty sure it was a total scam.

Got a call at 13:53 on 18/12/2018 from someone named Ella, claiming to be from the Wellness Centre. She wanted to speak to me by name, but as soon as I questioned where she got my number from, the call just cut off.

Got a call on my work number from an Indian lady asking if I was Mr Connor (keep getting calls meant for him!). I said no, then she just hung up straight away with no sorry or anything. Proper annoying when you stop what you're doing to pick up.

They tried to flog me turmeric pills, asked me where they got my number from. When I checked the address they gave on Google, it looked like some dodgy street in Southall, London, all run down and sketchy.

Got a call checking on an order for my 88-year-old relative. Almost £250 for cinnamon extract - what a scam. They told us to erase all the info. Luckily, we made sure this relative only has an ATM card, so no phone transactions are possible.

Got a call from someone checking if one of our patients had a flu jab and asked about stuff like cancer history. She told her to take her pills with warm water and said she’d call again in a month.

They claimed to be Healthy Wellness Centre from Hull but the number was actually from Saxmundham. There is a wellness centre in South Africa but the voices sounded Indian. The man said he was from Goa and the woman kept calling me love, dear, and darling, which isn’t typical for Indians. They don’t have a proper website either. Total scam. The price started at £16.99 but somehow shot up to £200 for some garlic gel.

Received a call from this number at 2:55pm on 13/02/18. A woman with an Asian accent answered and knew my name. She said her name was Blossom and claimed to be calling from The Wellness Centre, saying they were visiting our area today. She asked how I was feeling, but I told her I don’t share personal details with strangers and asked where she got my number. I thanked her and ended the call. Then my husband phoned back, a man answered and when he asked how they got our number, he was told from a Data Seller. Be cautious. Definitely block this number.

Got a call from this number on 13th Feb at about 2.55pm. A lady with an Asian accent answered and knew my name right away. She said she was Blossom from The Wellness Centre, claiming they were around the area today. She asked how I was feeling, but I told her straight up I don’t share personal info with strangers and asked where she got my number. After a quick thanks, I hung up. Later, my husband called them back and a man picked up instead. He grilled him on how they got our number and was told it came from a data seller. Watch out for this one and make sure to block it.

Got a call from someone named Kevin who asked if I’d been out for a walk today. I told him I’m registered on the Telephone Preference Service, but he said he couldn’t see my number on there. He did say sorry and then hung up. Honestly, this is the fourth time he’s called me today!

Got a call from someone saying they were from The Wellness Centre, asking questions about fitness for "older elderly folks". When I mentioned I do exercise classes, gardening, and walks, she quickly jumped in saying, "that puts loads of strain on your joints". I figured she'd start pitching collagen stuff next. I told her I didn't have time for it and then she just ended the call.

Got a call from some bloke named Kenneth Hill, sounded Asian, asking about my health and trying to sell me a collagen treatment. I said no thanks. Then, a few days later, he rang again and my missus picked up. He asked for me, but she said I was busy. If these people contact you, steer clear of their stuff - it's ridiculously overpriced. I reckon they might be linked to Nutri Wellness or something similar. Be careful what you agree to with them, best to just ignore it altogether.

Somebody rang saying they were from a wellbeing centre with a health survey, at first it seemed like a routine check-up call from my GP. They suggested I take celery seed tablets and tried selling celozzip for £19, down from £22. I declined. They already had my personal details including my name, address, mobile and home phone number.
